Buying or selling a property can be stressful. At each stage of the process, our aim is to minimise that stress as far as possible while protecting clients from any pitfalls which they may encounter. Working on behalf of a range of clients from first-time buyers to seasoned property market professionals, each one can be assured of a personal and comprehensive approach to the transaction.
The majority of our residential conveyancing business comes from "old" clients or referrals.
We understand that each client is different and tailor our service accordingly. In a typical transaction, there are usually a number of "interested parties" apart from the principals actually buying and selling; these typically include estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, and so on. We communicate with these parties as necessary in order to ensure that the transaction progresses as smoothly as possible for our clients.
We offer expertise in relation to residential leases. In many cases, leases may be non-standard or even defective. We can provide advice and draft Deeds of Variation where necessary. We also offer specialist advice on leaseholders' rights, including rights to purchase the freehold (leasehold enfranchisement).
